The New York State Legislature requires all licensed health care professionals to complete training in infection control every four years. This course, which is approved by the New York State Education Department, satisfies the requirement for mandatory infection control training.
HAROLD E. EDELMAN, D.D.S Dr. Edelman lectures nationally on OSHA Compliance/Infection Control. He has provided infection control services and programs for over 800 dental offices. Dr. Edelman has been involved in numerous OSHA inspections of dental offices, and is certified by OSHA to teach " Voluntary Compliance in the Private Sector" and " Biohazards. " Dr. Edelman has served as an expert witness in infection control litigation.
