This course will cover some of the most current trends in restorative and esthetic procedures, and
how to better motivate our patients to accept our recommendations. It will include a discussion
of what makes patients decide to accept our recommendations and how to achieve that acceptance
more regularly.

Topics to be included are:

• the psychological significance of the mouth;
• smile design made simple;
• simplifying adhesion; Self Etch vs. Total Etch;
• state of the art materials for restorative and esthetic cases;
• latest concepts of remineralization and caries treatment;
• neuromarketing: helping patients say YES;
• esthetic dilemmas and how to solve them;
• esthetic prostheses - fixed and removable;
• motivating patients to request esthetic/cosmetic procedures;
• achieve a higher acceptance of your case presentations in general;
• state-of-the-art materials and techniques and how they can make your practice easier,
  more profitable, and more enjoyable; and
• conquering space - the use of illusions in esthetic dentistry.

RESULTS:  In these trying economic times, it is critical that we run our practices in a predictable
and efficient manner. We present treatment plans and often hear our patients saying "I'll have to
think about it."We can improve practice profitability when our patients are motivated to say "Yes."
