Identity Theft - Be Prepared

Many of our members have been contacted by unauthorized callers attempting to fraudulently obtain personal information. Callers will often identify themselves as agents of Visa Security, or representatives of Bank of America or other popular banks. Neither Bank of America or Visa solicit personal information via the telephone. If you receive a call regarding your Bank of America credit card do not provide any information. You should call the Bank of America Credit Card Fraud Unit at ( 800 ) 889-3967
