The ADA is lobbied Congress and the administration to protect dental patients and staff who are providing urgent and emergency care during the COVID-19 pandemic. The ADA sent an Issues Alert to members Feb. 15 about recent fraudulent attempts to solicit information from individuals and entities who may be subject to reporting requirements under the Corporate Transparency Act.
