The New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) is reminding health care providers that the final claim period will open for submission of employee Healthcare Worker Bonus (HWB) payments on April 1, 2024, and will end on May 1, 2024.  Please note that this is the last opportunity for providers to submit claims on behalf of their employees.  Use the HWB Program Portal to submit claims on behalf of employees who qualify for bonus payments.  For more information on the Healthcare Worker Bonus (HWB) Program, go to the NYSDOH HWB Program webpage which also includes a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page.  Qualified employers are encouraged to review these resources for the latest information.  Questions regarding the HWB Program may be submitted to: NYSWorkersBonus@health.ny.gov.
