Per the notice below, the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) of the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has issued its 2024 Semiannual Report to Congress on its activities.

Spring 2024 Semiannual Report to Congress

The Spring 2024 Semiannual Report to Congress describes OIG's work identifying significant risks, problems, abuses, deficiencies, remedies, and investigative outcomes relating to the administration of HHS programs and operations that were disclosed during the semiannual reporting period October 1, 2023, through March 31, 2024.  The semiannual reports are intended to keep the HHS Secretary and Congress fully informed of OIG’s findings and recommendations.
