We’re working to ensure new workplace technologies such as artificial intelligence enhance job quality and benefit workers. The department’s AI and Worker Well-being: Principles for Developers and Employers provides developers and employers guidance as part of its implementation of President Biden's Executive Order on the Safe, Secure, and Trustworthy Development and Use of Artificial Intelligence, written with input from workers, unions, researchers, academics, employers, developers, and others.
