Get the support you need to access your vital records   If you’ve lost any form of government-issued ID, such as your driver's license, U.S. passport, or Social Security card, don’t worry!  At USA.gov, you can find quick and easy guidance to replace these IDs and request certified copies of vital records, including: ✔️ U.S. birth certificate ✔️ Marriage license or certificate ✔️ Divorce decree or certificate ✔️ Death certificate, whether the person died in the U.S. or abroad
