Per the notice below, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) is holding a free Webinar on compliance with the Good Faith Estimate Rule of the federal No Surprises Act.

 Registration is closing soon for the No Surprises Act Good Faith Estimates for Healthcare Providers webinar on January 16th from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Eastern Time.
No Surprises Act (NSA) Good Faith Estimates (GFE) for Healthcare Providers
This Webinar will provide an overview of the No Surprises Act (NSA) Good Faith Estimate (GFE) requirements and FAQs about the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 Implementation – Good Faith Estimates (GFEs) for Uninsured (Or Self Pay) Individuals – Part 5.  Subject matter experts will summarize these GFE FAQs, with particular attention to implications for providers and facilities.
