2024 Annual Report The Workers’ Compensation Board (Board) is pleased to share its 2024 Annual Report.  Pursuant to Workers’ Compensation Law § 153, this report details the Board’s work in hearing and deciding cases and related aspects of the Board’s operations, including the assembly and adjudication of workers’ compensation claims, and payer compliance efforts.  This year’s report also shares progress on other key initiatives, including modernization projects, improving injured workers’ access to medical care, and reopening Board offices to the public.  See the 2024 Annual Report for full details, and visit the Publications page of the Board’s website to view reports from previous years.
